Environmental Management is able to comply with special contract requirements, including limits, "Additional Insured" endorsements, waiver of subrogation, and broad-form-pollution endorsements, and 30 days written notice to the client.

Environmental Management is able to provide Bid Payments and Performance Bonds in an amount up to $1 million per contract.
